Return and Refund Policy

We want Canadian customers to be able to review our return rules before checkout. Eligible items ordered in CAD may be returned within 30 days after delivery.

Return window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. Final-sale items, gift cards, and items damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless required by law.

How to start a return

Contact us at service@snyderiii.com with your order number, item name, and reason for return. We will review the request and provide return instructions.

Return shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery with photos and your order number so we can evaluate the issue.

Refund timing

Refund method: approved refunds are issued as a refund to original payment method used at checkout.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, refunds are normally processed as a refund to original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
