Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to women’s apparel and accessories purchased from SNYDER III online for delivery to Canada.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Item Condition

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in the condition received. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Contact us before sending any item back. Email service@snyderiii.com with your order number, item name, reason for return, and photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without return confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs

If the return is caused by our error, a defective item, damage in transit, or an incorrect item, we will provide a reasonable return solution. For returns based on personal preference, size choice, fit, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 48 hours after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution such as replacement, refund, or other remedy depending on the situation.

Exchanges and Cancellations

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If your order has not yet been processed, you may request cancellation within 24 hours after payment. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing or shipping has started.
